Pastor Adeboye's Testimonies and Stories
As I am sure you all can tell by now, I'm a big believer in sharing along with you stories and testimonies of God supernaturally showing Himself by any means, shape or form. I have faith that these God-stories are really powerful plus they all help us to continue to build our faith in the strength of God cheap Performing desire to become very active inside our lives while we are available to allowing Him ahead in.
Stories
I'm sure most, it not exclusively people, have experienced some type of supernatural activity with God when they have shown Himself for you in some specific way - whether it is to aid get you away from jam or answer a prayer for any specific need - may it be on your own or somebody else you are praying for.
Stories
A few things i have personally found through actual experience is always that God truly does desire to become very active in your life where there are quite several times He can show Himself to you personally in certain kind of supernatural way.
However, I have also discovered that a lot of Christians are very frightened of just about any supernatural activity from God. They would prefer to keep God far away. It's something to understand that God the Father is at heaven and may hear our prayers and control things at a "distance."
It is one more thing however to possess God get in your area by incorporating sort of supernatural activity - whether it is an idea, a fantasy, some sort of manifestation, a visitation, a healing, a deliverance of some kind, a prophecy, etc.
As you have seen from reading some of my articles - myself and a lot of my buddies experienced some incredible supernatural activity from God in mention of some deliverance situations where God really did arrive in a supernatural approach to deliver someone out of a dire situation.
A few things i discovered the hard approach is that a number of this heavier stuff does freak people out when they themselves haven't had much supernatural activity from God.
To the people of you who wish to go into deeper waters with God and are not fearful of Him, In my opinion you will find these stories to become uplifting and encouraging. Discussion about God helping someone else in some sort of supernatural way - it accumulates your faith even further because you will come to in conclusion when God can move supernaturally to help someone else out - he then may also carry out the same for you considering that the Bible informs us that God is no respecter of persons.
The Bible says your faith is made up by "hearing" the term of God. When you read these kind of dramatic stories and testimonies, you might be actually "hearing" about them - which in turn can help develop your own personal faith levels with God.
However, the Bible tells us not to give what's holy for the dogs - otherwise they are going to just tear to pieces with criticism and condemnation what you have just fed to them and they'll then turnaround and tear you personally to pieces. Most of these God-stories are holy and I have personally learned hard approach to be mindful who I share them.
Now below are a few powerful Scripture verses backing up my argument that God does indeed want us sharing these types of stories with other people who're ready to accept receiving them.
The Scripture Verses
1. This first verse lets us know that God makes His wondrous actively works to be remembered! And also the easy make an effort to remember anything is always to actually record them as they happen. I personally maintain a "God Journal" logging all types of meaningful activity I buy from God.
I don't record just about everything that could occur with Him, however will record the medium to heavier items that is likely to make for any good story or perhaps a good teaching tool to assist others outside in their own individual walks using the Lord.
There is no way most of us remember all of the things God is going to do together with you once He actually starts to become very active in your lifetime. By logging these events down in a few form of journal - you should have something can give others to aid build up their faith after they initially get saved.
This journal could also help you obtain through any storms that may can be found in your daily life. By going back and remembering everything God has been doing for you personally previously may help allow you to get through whatever your present predicament may be. If God helped or delivered get you started of something 3 years ago - he then will help or deliver you out of whatever present storm cloud you will probably find yourself in now.
The Bible states that God will not change. If He helped you inside your past - then He will continue to help and preserve you within your present and your future. By heading back to see what He's got for you within your past will help keep the faith and confidence levels operating with a higher-level with Him. All of your past activities with God provides as good "faith boosters" when you really need them for just about any present storm cloud.
This is actually the verse. It is simply a one liner, however feel a really powerful statement has been made.
2. The following verse discusses God making a comment that His everyone was not "mindful" from the wonders he had done among them.
Being mindful means you really cherish, think about, meditate on, record, give others what God might have done with you by means of any kind of "wonderful work."
Among the techniques to getting God to get more supernaturally associated with life is being "mindful" and really cherish and be thankful when He does make a move rather dramatic for you. Within my own God journal - I not only record what He is doing to me - but I also record what He does for a few of my other friends who I am sharing my God-walk with.
By doing this, I not only study on what He's doing personally beside me - but I'm also learning other activities about God from what He could be doing with my other friends.
3. This next verse gets to the center of the matter. It specifically talks about discussing the glory of God also to speak about also to make known to others about any of His mighty acts.
4. The following verse also drives home the idea about creating known God's "deeds" to others also to talk about all of His wondrous works.
5. Here is another powerful verse telling us to discuss the might of His awesome acts and also to "declare" His greatness.
6. This next verse tells us that individuals really should not be afraid or embarrassed to speak about God even going to "kings" as we need to.
7. Though the suggestions above verses inform us never to hesitate to speak about God and what He could did personally for you personally - this next verse also gives us a solemn warning because we're being careful with who we share such stories with.
This next verse specifically informs us never to give what is holy for the "dogs." This verse tells us two things will happen when we do. First, they are going to just "trample under their feet" what you have just shared or provided to them. Second, they'll then turn around and tear you personally to pieces for sharing this using them.
I really believe the term "dogs" are discussing unbelievers that aren't open by any means, shape or form from hearing anything about God within their present situation.
They may be filled with doubt, ridicule and have very judgmental and critical spirits. We have also found this to truly be true with many Christians. Many Christians really don't seem to be in the real full surrender with God and have established any kind of real personal relationship with Him. Because of this, they end up little, if any real supernatural activity with Him. They thus will have a difficult time believing you when you try and tell them your God stories. They think that since none of the type of activity ever comes their way - that there's not a way that you are actually receiving this kind of supernatural activity from God.
My advice for you is usually to don't use anything but your good natural sound judgment and depend on your leadings from the Holy Spirit regarding who to talk about these kind of God stories and testimonies with and who to not. Most of the time, you should have an "inner knowing" in the Holy Spirit regarding who to share with you these stories with and who to not share them with.
